If casting is not working, try the steps below first. For more specific issues, use Feedback in the app.

How to cast

  1. 1Connect to the same Wi-Fi as your TV.
  2. 2Tap Choose TV on the Home screen and select an AirPlay device.
  3. 3Add a local video or a valid HTTPS media address.
  4. 4Once playback starts, the video appears on the selected screen.

Can't find your TV

  1. 1Make sure AirPlay is enabled on the TV or receiving device.
  2. 2Turn off VPN or guest-network isolation, then try again.
  3. 3If you still cannot connect, include your TV model in the feedback report.

Photos, web pages, and PDFs

Use Screen Mirroring to present photos, web pages, and PDFs on the big screen. After opening the page or document, start Screen Mirroring and choose the display or receiver.

Feedback

Open Feedback in the app Settings. Feedback is sent over an encrypted connection only after you tap Submit, for troubleshooting and product improvement. This is the preferred support channel.
